1. General betting provisions

Spinboss Casino accepts bets only from customers who are permitted to gamble under applicable United Kingdom laws and regulations. You must be at least 18 years old and must use an account registered in your own name. We may request age, identity, address, payment or other verification documents before accepting bets, processing withdrawals or allowing continued use of your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your account information is accurate and up to date. You must keep your login details secure and must not allow another person to use your account. Bets placed using your account will normally be treated as having been placed by you, unless you report unauthorised access to us promptly.

A bet is accepted when it has been recorded on our betting system and a confirmation is displayed or issued. Adding a selection to a bet slip does not, by itself, mean that a bet has been accepted. If a technical issue, system error or communication failure occurs, we may investigate the transaction and correct or cancel it where permitted by our Terms and Conditions.

You should check your bet confirmation, including the selection, stake, odds, market and potential return. If the details are incorrect, contact Customer Support promptly and avoid placing further bets while the issue is investigated. We may apply betting, account, payment or product limits at any time, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Only one personal account may be opened unless we expressly approve otherwise.
  • Bets must be placed using funds available in your account or an approved payment method.
  • You must not place bets on behalf of another person or allow another person to control your betting activity.
  • We may refuse, restrict or cancel a bet where necessary to comply with law, regulation, security procedures or our policies.
  • Suspicious, fraudulent, abusive or prohibited activity may lead to account restrictions, investigation and the cancellation of affected bets.

2. Odds, stakes and bet acceptance

The odds displayed on the website are the odds available when you place your bet, unless the relevant product clearly states that different terms apply. Odds may change before a bet is accepted. If the price changes, you may be asked to confirm the revised odds before the bet is submitted. The odds recorded in your bet confirmation are the odds used for settlement.

Minimum and maximum stakes, maximum payouts and other restrictions may vary by sport, event, market, account, promotion or payment method. Relevant limits may be displayed on the website or in the bet slip. If a stake exceeds an applicable limit, only the permitted amount may be accepted or the bet may be rejected.

Where a bet contains several selections, each selection may be subject to separate rules. A multiple bet will normally be settled using the individual outcomes and the odds available when the bet was accepted. A selection that is void will normally be removed from the multiple, unless the rules for the relevant market state otherwise.

We may correct an obvious error in odds, market information or settlement details. An obvious error may include a clearly incorrect price, an impossible market, a duplicated selection or a materially inaccurate event description. Where an error affects a bet, we may settle it using the correct price or cancel the affected bet in accordance with applicable rules.

You are responsible for checking all details before confirming a bet. This includes the event, market, selection, stake, odds and any applicable conditions. Once accepted, a bet generally cannot be changed or withdrawn unless the specific product rules allow it or we agree otherwise.

3. Events, markets and settlement

Events and markets may be suspended, changed or removed at any time. This may happen because of late information, a change to the event, an integrity concern, a technical problem or another operational reason. A suspended market cannot normally be amended or placed until it becomes available again.

Unless a market states otherwise, bets are settled using the official result or result source applicable to that event. This may be the governing body, competition organiser, venue, official data provider or another recognised source. If an official result is subsequently corrected, we may amend the settlement where the correction is made within a reasonable period or where required by the applicable rules.

The settlement basis for a market may include the final result at the end of normal time, a result after extra time, a result after penalties or another specified point in the event. You should read the market description before placing a bet. If no special settlement basis is shown, the standard basis for that market will apply.

  • A postponed, abandoned or interrupted event will normally remain open if it is completed within the period stated in the applicable sport or market rules.
  • If an event is not completed within the applicable period, affected bets may be void unless the market has already been unconditionally determined.
  • A change of venue, surface, format or scheduled distance may affect whether a bet remains valid.
  • A change to a participant’s name, team name or event description will not necessarily void a bet if the intended event remains clear.
  • Dead-heat, tie or shared-place outcomes may be settled using the applicable dead-heat rule, which can reduce the return on an affected selection.

Live betting may be delayed, and information shown during a live event may not be completely current. In-play bets can be rejected, suspended or accepted after a delay. You should not rely solely on live statistics, scores or commentary when deciding whether to place a bet.

4. Voids, cancellations and disputed bets

A void bet is treated as though it was not placed. The stake for a void single bet will normally be returned to your available balance. For a multiple bet, a void selection will normally be removed and the remaining selections will determine the result. Certain markets, promotions or bet types may have different void arrangements, which will be shown in their specific rules.

A bet may be cancelled or declared void where it was accepted in error, placed after an event or market was determined, affected by a technical failure, connected with prohibited activity or covered by a specific rule allowing cancellation. We will take reasonable steps to explain material corrections or cancellations.

If you believe that a bet has been incorrectly accepted, rejected or settled, contact Customer Support with your username, bet reference, date, event and a clear explanation of the issue. We may request additional information to review the matter. Complaints will be handled under the complaints procedure in our Terms and Conditions.

You should keep copies of bet confirmations and account statements. Our transaction and betting records will generally be treated as evidence of the bets placed through your account, unless you provide reliable evidence of an error or unauthorised activity. If a discrepancy is identified, we will review it and apply any necessary correction.

  1. Check your bet confirmation and note the bet reference.
  2. Contact Customer Support as soon as possible after identifying a suspected error.
  3. Provide relevant dates, selections, stakes, odds and screenshots where available.
  4. Allow us reasonable time to investigate and provide any further information requested.
  5. If you remain dissatisfied, follow the formal complaints process set out in our Terms and Conditions.

5. Responsible and fair betting

Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a way to make money or recover losses. Only bet what you can afford to lose and consider setting a personal budget before you start. Never chase losses, borrow money to gamble or gamble when you are upset, tired or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Spinboss Casino may provide tools and support to help you manage your gambling, including deposit limits, time reminders, reality checks, breaks and self-exclusion. Details of available controls can be found in our Responsible Gambling information. You can contact Customer Support if you need help choosing an appropriate restriction.

If gambling is affecting your finances, relationships, work or wellbeing, stop and seek independent support. You can request a break or self-exclusion from your account. We will process requests in line with our responsible gambling procedures, although you remain responsible for activity completed before a restriction takes effect.

These rules are intended as general guidance. Individual sports, competitions, markets, promotions and products may have additional terms displayed on the website. If there is a conflict, the specific rule for the relevant product will normally apply, followed by the Terms and Conditions. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

For help with gambling concerns in the United Kingdom, you may contact organisations such as GamCare, the National Gambling Helpline or GambleAware. Support is available whether you want information, practical advice or help taking a break from gambling.
